"Flowers were okay , not the freshest"
The flowers were alright overall , but a few of the stems looked kind of tired when they arrived . I was hoping they’d look a bit fresher .

The flowers did look nice and they showed up in good shape, so I can’t really complain about that. But i already had a feeling these flower delivery places are a bit overpriced, and this order didn’t exactly change my mind. For what I paid, I expected the bouquet to feel a little fuller or more special. Overall it was fine, just not something I’d call great value.

"Ordering was way more hassle than it should’ve been"
I had a really frustrating time trying to place an order on arenaflowers.com. The website kept freezing when I was picking a delivery date, and my basket randomly emptied itself twice, which was such a pain.
The checkout wasn’t much better. I added a card message, but it disappeared on the final page, so I had to go back and type it all in again. Payment took ages to load too, and I kept checking my emails just to make sure the order or receipt had actually come through.
Ordering flowers should be quick and simple, but this felt like hard work from start to finish. Unless they sort the website out, I don’t think I’d use them again.

"Customer service was a little slow"
The flowers were nice enough, no real complaints there. Customer service just took a while to get back to me, which was a bit frustrating. They did help me out in the end, so it wasnt a big issue, but it definitely wasnt very quick
"Late again, and really disappointing"
Ordered flowers for my mum’s birthday and they showed up the next day instead of the date I picked. It was meant to be a nice surprise, but by the time they arrived, the moment had passed. it’s so frustrating dealing with this kind of thing again, you just expect the delivery date to mean something. Customer service only said sorry, which didn’t really fix anything. I wouldn’t rely on them if you need flowers to arrive on time.

"Subscription was okay, second box was a little hit or miss"
I’m still okay with the subscription overall. The second delivery showed up fine, no real issues there. But the freshness… not quite the same as the first one. Some items were good, some felt a bit past their best. Not terrible. Just a little mixed.

"Box showed up crushed and the flowers were ruined"
The box was completely crushed when it arrived, and the flowers inside were basically ruined because they weren’t packed well at all. It felt like they cared more about getting the order out and taking the money than making sure it showed up in decent condition. Disappointing experience.

"I was disappointed when the..."
I was disappointed when the flowers arrived. Maybe I’m being picky, but they really didn’t look much like the photo on the website at all. The bouquet was smaller than I expected, the colours looked quite dull, and the whole thing felt a bit messy, like it had just been thrown together. A few of the stems were bent too, which made it feel even less special. For the price, I really thought it would look nicer. I don’t think I’d order again.
